  • LOW ARCH PROFILE: You will observe a excessive drop or collapse of your arch, this motion is often referred to as over-pronation. Low arch feet are often ineffective shock absorbers, too mobile and prone to injury.
  • FINGER TEST: When standing upright you will be unable to place an index finger under your arch.
  • YOUR FOOT PRINT: You will see a fuller foot shape with little narrowing in the middle of the foot.

Not sure which arch profile you need? Then go to our insole selector.

currexSole RUNPRO insoles are the only functional insoles designed specifically for and to fit into running shoes. Lightweight and easy to fit ( simply trim to fit) RUNPRO insoles are also ideal for triathletes, walkers and hikers who use trail shoes rather than walking boots.

If you have low arches are you an over-pronater?
If you have low arches it doesn't automatically follow that your feet over-pronate, you may even supinate. However, when selecting the correct currexSole insole it is your arch profile that is important. If you have been told you are an over-pronater then please still check which arch profile you have before selecting your insoles.

If you need new running shoes then it's best to get a professional analysis done in a specialist running shop.

Worth a try March 3, 2015

I've had many orthotics, but this pair fit perfectly in my trainers and weren't over powering because I was able to get the height of arch I needed. They aren't too stiff, which makes them easy to transfer to other shoes I may have. Thought they were a bit pricey, but the quality works and makes them worth a try.

Finally, an insole that lives up to its promise! March 3, 2015
Reviewer: Mai from USA
I have flat feet and have custom made insoles as well as store bought insoles. I very much like this insoles because they allow me to run longer without hurting my back, knee, and ankle. I was skeptical at first but was truly hoping it would work for me, which it did. I'll buy another pair to put it in my walking shoe.
