Do you ship to my country?
  At the moment we offer DELIVERY to the UK, Holland and France. In most cases this will be NEXT DAY DELIVERY if you order before 12pm. For highlands, islands and Ireland this will be 2 day delivery. For other countries, we are happy to arrange shipping but please call us on +44 1344 623 883 or email us for shipping costs. We can either arrange a paypal invoice payment or take a credit card payment over the phone.

What are my payment choices?
  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments.

During the checkout process you may choose either the PayPal Checkout Option on the 'view my cart page' or you can select 'the Credit or Debit Card option' on the main Checkout page. Do not select the Trade Option unless you are a retail shop and have an account with us. If you are interested in setting up a Trade Account please call us on 01344 623 883 or email us.

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  We will ship your insoles once we have received payment. For international sales please either call us on +44 1344 623883 or email us for shipping cost and details of how to pay.
What is the return policy?
  If you wish to return your insoles because you have changed your mind a refund will be given once we have received the un-used and uncut insoles.

The insoles must be uncut and unworn and be returned to us within 28 days. Please include your name and order number when you return your insoles. We would advise that you gain Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.
