  • HIGH ARCH PROFILE: You will observe a strong arch from your heel to your forefoot.
  • FINGER TEST: When standing upright you will be able to place an index finger under your arch with room to spare.
  • YOUR FOOT PRINT: Walk across a piece of brown paper or newspaper with wet feet. You should see an obvious/complete separation between the heel and the forefoot
Not sure which arch profile you need? Then please us our insole selector

currexSole RUNPRO insoles are the only functional insoles designed specifically for and to fit into running shoes. Lightweight and easy to fit ( simply trim to fit) RUNPRO insoles are also ideal for triathletes, walkers and hikers who use trail shoes rather than walking boots.

If you have high arches are you a supinator?
If you have high arches it doesn't automatically follow that your feet supinate, you may even overpronate. However, when selecting the correct currexSole insole it is your arch profile that is important. If you have been told you are a supinator then please still check which arch profile you have before selecting your insoles.

If you need new running shoes then it's best to get a professional analysis done in a specialist running shop.

My son uses them with his football boots. Very happy with them.

Not as good as they used to be March 5, 2019

Thank you for letting us know about the issues you have experienced. We would be keen to discuss this further with you to try and help troubleshoot the reasons behind your problem now and not previously. The materials we use have not changed and only the high arch has had a minor shape change (to increase support). If you want to discuss this further, then please feel free to email us at uk@currex.com and we can set up a discussion with Richard, our technical director.

I have been using Currex insoles for a couple of years now and they have made such a difference to me as I can now keep my troubles with plantar fasciitis at bay. However they now seem to be made of a different material meaning that it feels less supportive. Bring back the old material as I don't believe these are fit for purpose now.

Amazing November 24, 2018
Reviewer: Wendy Parsons from Exeter, Devon United Kingdom
Having struggled to play tennis , walk cities etc with pain for over a year and having my GP say that I had to , at 56 years of age, give up my tennis and high impact sports because my muscles were obviously degrading ! I told him where to go and discovered these insoles the next day ! All I can say is after a few times playing I’m now back to full time tennis and playing the best ever! I will be purchasing more and buying some for general walkkng around ! Thank you Currex for giving me back my life !
